It's not what you say, its how you say it. This short video, 'The 5 Secrets of a Successful TED Talk' by Vanessa Van Edwards, is well worth a watch and there is a link to look into the study in more detail.

Smiling, using your hands/gesturing for appropriate emphasis and using a good range of flexibility in your voice - all good for getting higher ranking viewings and for building rapport.

This pretty much sums up about 50% of the coaching we cover at Voice Work and there's a lot more to cover besides - however, these are excellent starting points! Enjoy the video.
